At TECHMIND SHOP AI LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or return is necessary. Please review the following policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for the following items:

Unused pet products in their original packaging, returned within 14 days of delivery

Defective or damaged items upon receipt (must be reported within 7 days)

Incorrect items received (must be reported within 7 days)
We do not accept returns on:

Opened or used pet food, grooming items, or health supplements

Customized or engraved memorial items (e.g., urns with nameplates)

Any items returned after 14 days from delivery

Pet funeral services once completed (e.g., cremation, pickup)
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Original payment method: Refund issued within 3–5 business days

Partial refunds may apply for used or damaged items not due to our fault

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
To request an exchange, please email us with your order number and details.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Carefully pack the item and ship it back within 7 days of approval
Note: You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
5. Cancellations

Pet Product Orders: May be canceled if not yet shipped. Contact us immediately.

Pet Funeral Services: Can only be canceled prior to dispatch or service confirmation. If a service has started (e.g., pickup arranged), the fee may be partially or fully non-refundable.
