Team Service Agreement

This Team Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and responsibilities between TECHMIND SHOP AI LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and any staff, contractors, service providers, or collaborators (“Team Members”) who contribute to the delivery of our products and services, including pet supplies and pet funeral services.

By working with or under the name of TECHMIND SHOP AI LLC, you agree to comply with the following terms.


1. Scope of Work

Team Members may be assigned to the following tasks depending on their role:

  • Handling, packaging, and shipping of pet products

  • Customer service and order support

  • Pet pickup, cremation, and funeral logistics

  • Delivery of memorial items (e.g., urns, ashes)

  • On-site or remote technical assistance

  • Other responsibilities as communicated in writing


2. Standards of Conduct

All Team Members must:

  • Represent the company professionally and respectfully

  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and service protocols

  • Treat customers and pets with compassion and dignity, especially in funeral-related services

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information

  • Avoid conflicts of interest and refrain from unauthorized communications or sales


3. Scheduling and Availability

Team Members must:

  • Be punctual and responsive to assigned service schedules

  • Notify supervisors of any unavailability in advance

  • Provide timely updates regarding delays, incidents, or customer feedback


4. Compensation

  • Team Members will be compensated according to their agreement or contract terms

  • Payment cycles, rates, and bonuses will be communicated in writing

  • Any reimbursements must be pre-approved and submitted with valid receipts


5. Liability and Responsibility

  • The Company shall not be held liable for any personal misconduct or unauthorized actions taken by Team Members

  • Team Members agree to indemnify the Company for damages caused by negligence, violation of law, or breach of this Agreement


6. Confidentiality

All information about customers, orders, business processes, and internal systems must be kept confidential. This obligation continues even after the team member’s engagement ends.


7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Team Member’s engagement at any time for:

  • Breach of this Agreement

  • Poor performance or misconduct

  • Violation of law or customer complaints


8. Acknowledgment

By participating in service delivery for TECHMIND SHOP AI LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement.
